Houston Pro Am previously known as "John Sherman Body Building and Women's Fitness\Figure" Championship:

Houston Pro Am Championship is one of the biggest and well established show in the state of  Texas. located in the city of Houston, the show is celebrating its  16th year of competition. Being a national qualifier, this show makes the level of competitors at the top of the sport of Body building, Women's Fitness\Figure.

The show is open to all NPC athletes with a current NPC card. the weight group and categories consists of the following:
